Who We Are
Our History
The Hearts of Blue Foundation, Inc. (HOB), a 501C3 nonprofit organization was established in 2019 by the members of Epsilon Xi Zeta Chapter, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The leadership and members desired to expand and enhance their support to the local community. The foundation’s purpose is to help amass additional resources to help the wide array of programs and organizations which support specific areas of need in Mercer County and surrounding areas.
What we Do:
The Foundation provides financial assistance to individuals who are furthering their education, supports programs that provide additional resources to schools, students and teachers, and assists organizations that support individuals throughout their lives, from birth to senior citizens.
